Annually in February, the club’s Second VP, the registered agent for the clubs incorporation in the state of Virginia, sends a list of all the Officers and Directors to the state corporation commission along with a check for $25. This check needs to be made out to the “State Corporation Commission.”
We send the check to Jim D’Amelio and he forwards it to the State Corporation Commission with the necessary paperwork. They need to receive it by Feb. 28.
